Florida Lifetyle Communities is participated in a cooperative project with the Mid Town Community Redevelopment Area and the Keystone Challenge Fund to build quality affordable housing for families in Lakeland's Parker Street neighborhood. The goal of this project is to work together to allow families who otherwise would be unable to afford to purchase a home in today's market to realize their dreams of home ownership

The home at left was built at 719 E. Magnolia Street, and the home at right was built at 614 N. Stella Avenue. Both homes have been purchased by families with assistance of the Keystone Challenge Fund.
